We've given an entirely new look to this super-spacious
room, redesigned & refurnished! With over 1,000 sq. ft. of
living space, this beautiful room has everything except a
view of the lake. Sequestered in the lower level of the
Birchwood Villa building, Villa
#9 has two French windows with doors that walk out to a
private patio furnished with grill, table & lawn chairs. The
fully equipped kitchen has everything, including a
dishwasher, full size refrigerator, stove with oven,
microwave, and serving counter with stools. The large
bathroom area has a shower/tub combination and vanity sink
with amenity basket - towels are included & replenished on
alternate days.
The focal point of the living-sleeping room is the gas
fireplace surrounded with a beautiful oak mantle. Other
amenities include: cable TV, DVD/VCR player, extra large
table for dining, crafts, games and socializing, two queen
size beds and two sofa-sleepers (one queen size and one
double). Room Capacity: 2-8 people. |

 Each additional person is $25/day or $100/night.
- Children under 2: Free
- Visiting daytime guests (must be registered) are $5/day.
- Add 6.5% state sales tax to all rentals.
- 4-night Minimum: July 4th week and NHRA weekend in August -
weekend rate applies to all nights.
- Minimum 3-night stay: Memorial & Labor Day Weekends (at weekend rates) and
throughout the summer.
- When accepted, one night stays will be charged at the standard
rate plus $30.00, plus tax.
- Rates are subject to change.
