| Reservation/Confirmation Policy: |
| Our deposit requirements are as follows: |
| 1 nights rate (per unit/room) |
2-3 night reservations |
| $300 deposit |
4-7 night reservation - 2 bedroom Unit |
| $300 deposit |
4-7 night reservation - Birchwood Villa |
| $400 deposit |
4-7 night reservation - Lakeside Villa |
| $400 deposit |
4-7 night reservation - 3 bedroom Cabin |

| This deposit guaranteed that your reservation will
be held by us for all the nights you reserved. You are
responsible for all dates reserved and are required to
notify us, at least 30 days in advance if guest number or dates
change. Your deposit will be applied toward the last day(s) of
your reservation period. |

| Cancellation Policy: |
1-3 units/rooms...30 days notice prior to arrival
date
4 or more units/rooms...60 days notice prior to arrival date
If cancellation notice is given as listed above, a handling fee of
$30 for each unit/room reserved will be deducted before returning
the balance.When less than 30 or 60 days notice is given, as
listed above, your deposit(s) will be forfeited unless we are able
to fill all the units/rooms for the full period you had reserved. If
we are successful in refilling the accommodations, your deposit(s)
will be refunded, minus the handling fee(s). |

| Check: Deposit must be received within 7
days from the date reservation is made or your reservation will be
canceled.
Credit Card: Deposit will be applied to your credit card
as confirmation. We accept Visa, MC & Discover. This deposit
guarantees that your reservation will be held by us for all
the nights you reserved. You are responsible for all dates
reserved and are required to notify us, at least 30 days in
advance, if guest number or dates change. Your deposit will be
a0plied toward the last day(s) of your reservation period.

| Pet Policy: |
| Sorry, no pets - because of allergy problems to future guests. We can
provide a list of area kennels. |

| Check-In/Check-Out Times: |
| Check-in time is around 4:30 PM, with check-out at 10:30 AM unless
otherwise noted. If your arrival will be after 9:30 PM, please let us
know in advance. |
