across the front. Enjoy the comfortable seating arrangement that
includes a sofa-sleeper, several side chairs, large dining table
w/chairs, A/C unit, & fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a
shower/tub combination. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed
with two twin beds in the second and a set of bunk beds in the
third, smaller bedroom. Max. Capacity: 6-7 people. |

- Each additional person is $25/night or $100/week. Children under 2: Free.
- Crib rental (Pak & Play)...Please specify child's age.

- Visiting daytime guests (must be registered) $5/day up to 6
hours.
- Add 6.5% state sales tax to all rentals - no added service
charge or lodging tax.
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- 4-night minimum: July 4th week and NHRA weekend; all nights at weekend rates.
- Minimum 3-night stay: Memorial & Labor Day Weekends (at
weekend rates) and throughout the summer.
- When accepted, one night stays will be charged at the standard
rate plus 30.00, plus tax.
