Staying at the Quarterdeck Resort in Brainerd, Minnesota is
like going to your very own vacation home. While you are
here you can call your cabin your own. The fully stocked
cabins are perfect for family getaways. Once you see the
lake just feet from your doorstep, you will know why people come
back year after year - it's the spectacular view!
Wake up to a lazy morning and have coffee at the lake right
outside your very own cottage or villa. Sit, relax and enjoy the
views. The lake will greet you every morning with the
sounds and smells of the north woods. Make breakfast in
your cabin kitchen, or take a morning stroll to the Boathouse
for brunch. Fry up the fresh fish you caught that day or
grill them outside at your cabin.Take an evening
boat ride and see the north woods come alive with the sounds of
water lapping against your boat, the smell of campfires, and the loon calls in the
distance. The warm summer air will invite you back to your
cabin, light your fireplace, heat up some cider and snuggle in
for the evening.
Cabin Amenities
Comfy, clean lakeside two bedroom housekeeping units (18)
have a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee
maker, stove w/oven, microwave and refrigerator), 3/4 bath with
shower and living-dining room area with fireplace, ceiling fan,
sofa-sleeper and a beautiful view of Gull Lake from the picture
window in the living room. If a TV is important, we recommend
bringing a TV/VCR combo (TV reception is limited without cable)
or just relax and enjoy the opportunity to commune with nature,
friends & family.
All of our two bedroom units, except 4A, have a double bed in
one of the bedrooms and two twin beds in the other bedroom. In
4A, both bedrooms have a double bed. Each of our three bedroom
cabins has a slightly different sleeping arrangement, see #1, #3
& #9 below for details.
Bring your own towels, soap and bath amenities, all bed linens
are provided in our vacation homes. Towel rental is available,
at $3.50/set is it is inconvenient to bring your own. Grill
rental (charcoal) is available on a daily or weekly basis, or
you're welcome to bring your own.

| Five Duplex Cabins - Each duplex
has two 2-bedroom units, side by side, with connecting doors between
them (available individually or together as a four bedroom cabin).
An Air-conditioning unit is provided for each two bedroom unit. For Spring &
Fall, we have a wood-burning fireplace in 2B, 3A/3B, 4A/4B, 5A/5B
and a fieldstone gas fireplace in 2A, 6A & 6B (#6B also has a 10 x
23' deck). A picnic table, lawn & lounge chairs are provided for
each duplex unit. |

Two Fourplexes - There are four
2-bedroom units in each fourplex, with two adjoining units on the
upper level (just above parking lot in back) and two adjoining units
on the lower level, with patio walkout. All 8 units have A/C and a
fieldstone gas fireplace for heat and ambiance when needed. Located
just 50' from Gull Lake, you get a fabulous view as well as easy
access to your boat with docks out in front.
The patio area in front of the lower level units is furnished with
picnic tables, lawn & lounge chairs providing the perfect lakeside
atmosphere for picnics & family dinners. Each fourplex has an open
charcoal grill, to the left of unit #21, and right of #27. |
