 Staying at the Quarterdeck Resort in Brainerd, Minnesota is
like going to your very own vacation home. While you are
here you can call your cabin your own. The fully furnished
cabins are perfect for family getaways. Once you see the
lake just feet from your doorstep, you will know why people come
back year after year - it's the spectacular view!
 Wake
up to a lazy morning and have coffee at the lake right outside your
door. Sit, relax and enjoy the views. Take a breath of the fresh,
clean air, watch the beautiful sunrises in the morning or the stars
above your head and moonscapes at night.Take a
boat ride and enjoy the best of nature with the sounds of
water lapping against your boat, fish jumping out of the water,
eagles swooping down for a meal, and you may see loons during the day or
listen for their lovely call in the evening. The warm summer air will
invite you back to your cabin where you can fire up the grill for dinner and have a
relaxing evening by the lake.
Amenities in our Two Bedroom units
Comfy, clean lakeside two bedroom housekeeping units (18)
have a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee
maker, stove w/oven, microwave and refrigerator), 3/4 bath with
shower and living-dining room area with fireplace, ceiling fan,
sofa-sleeper and a beautiful view of Gull Lake from the picture
window in the living room. All 8 of the fourplex units (#21-28)
and duplex units #2A/2B have cable TV. For those duplex units
that do not have TV, we recommend bringing a TV/VCR combo for
watching movies (we have a large selection you can choose from)
or just relax and enjoy the opportunity to commune with nature,
friends & family.
All of our two bedroom units, except 4A, have a double bed in
one of the bedrooms and two twin beds in the other bedroom. In
4A, both bedrooms have a double bed.
Bring your own towels, soap and bath amenities, all bed linens
are provided in our vacation homes. Towel rental is available,
at $3.50/set is it is inconvenient to bring your own. Grill
rental (charcoal) is available on a daily or weekly basis, or
you're welcome to bring your own.

| Five Duplex Cabins - Each duplex
has two 2-bedroom units, side by side, with connecting doors between
them (available individually or together as a four bedroom cabin).
An A/C unit is provided for each two bedroom unit. For Spring &
Fall, we have a wood-burning fireplace in 2B, 3A/3B, 4A/4B, 5A/5B
and a fieldstone gas fireplace in 2A, 6A & 6B (#6B also has a 10 x
23' deck). A picnic table, lawn & lounge chairs are provided for
each duplex unit. |

Two Fourplexes - There are four
2-bedroom units in each fourplex, with two adjoining units on the
upper level (just above parking lot in back) and two adjoining units
on the lower level, with patio walkout. All 8 units have A/C and a
fieldstone gas fireplace for heat and ambiance when needed. Located
just 50' from Gull Lake, you get a fabulous view as well as easy
access to your boat with docks out in front.
The patio area in front of the lower level units is furnished with
picnic tables, lawn & lounge chairs providing the perfect lakeside
atmosphere for picnics & family dinners. Each fourplex has an open
charcoal grill, to the left of unit #21, and right of #27. |

- Visiting daytime guests (must be registered) $5/day up to 6

- Add 6.875% state sales tax to all rentals - no added service
charge or lodging tax.
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- 4-night minimum: July 4th week and NHRA weekend - all nights at weekend rates.
- Minimum 3-night stay: Memorial & Labor Day Weekends (at
weekend rates) and throughout the summer.
- When accepted, one night stays will be charged at the standard
rate plus 30.00, plus tax.
