| Reservation/Confirmation Policy: |
| Our deposit requirements are as follows: |
| 1 nights rate (per unit/room) |
2-3 night reservations |
| $250-300 Minimum |
4-7 night reservation |

| Check: Deposit must be received within 5
days of the date reserved or your reservation will be
canceled.
Credit Card: Deposit will be applied to your credit card
number provided as confirmation. We accept Visa, MC & Discover.
|

| Our deposit requirement guarantees that your
reservation will be held by us for all the nights you reserved. You
are responsible for all of the nights you reserved. Advance notice
is required if the number of guests changes, more or less. The
deposit will be applied toward the last day(s) of your reservation
period. |
|
| Cancellation Policy: |
| Your deposit will be refunded, minus a $30.00
handling fee for each unit reserved, if cancellation notice is
received at least 15 days prior to your arrival date. With less than
15 days notice, your deposit, in full, will be retained by the
Quarterdeck unless we are able to rebook your accommodations for all
the days you had reserved. If we are successful in rebooking your
reservation, the deposit balance (after deducting a $30 handling fee
for each unit/room) will be credited back to your account or a check
will be issued. |

| Pet Policy: |
| SORRY, NO PETS - because of allergy problems to our
future guests. We can provide a list of area kennels for your
special friend. |
|
| Check-In/Check-Out Times: |
| Check-in time for winter is around 4 PM with
check-out extended to noon. You can extend your day to late
afternoon/early evening for an additional fee. Please let us know if
your arrival will be after 9:30 PM for late check-in procedure. |
