Resort Policies |
| Reservation/Confirmation Policy: |
| Our deposit requirements are as follows: |
| 1 nights rate (per unit/room) |
2-3 night reservations |
| $300 Minimum |
4-7 night reservation |

| Check: Deposit must be received within 5
days from the date reservation is made or your reservation will be
canceled.
Credit Card: Deposit will be applied to your credit card
as confirmation. We accept Visa, MC & Discover.
|
|
| The deposit guarantees that we will hold your
reservation for all the nights you reserved. You are responsible for
all dates reserved and are required to notify us, at least 15 days
in advance, if guest number or dates change. The deposit will be
applied toward the last day(s) of your reservation period. |
|
| Cancellation Policy: |
| Your deposit will be refunded, minus a $30.00
handling fee, if cancellation notice is received at least 15 days
prior to your arrival date. With less than 15 days notice, if your
accommodations are rebooked for the entire period you had reserved,
a $30 handling fee will be deducted from your deposit refund for
each unit/room reserved. If we are unable to refill the
accommodations, your deposit will be forfeit. |

| Pet Policy: |
| SORRY, NO PETS - because of allergy problems to our
future guests. We can provide a list of area kennels for your
special friend. |
|
| Check-In/Check-Out Times: |
| Check-in time is around 4:30 PM with check-out at
10:30 AM, unless otherwise noted. We can extend your check-out to
late afternoon/early evening for an additional 1/2 day charge. |
